Why not see the Adirondacks from a different perspective? Visit our good friends at the Adirondack Flying Service located at the Lake Placid Airport on Route 73, just west of the Olympic Ski Jumps. I did just that this past summer with my son, Chris. Our goal was to get arial photos of Windsong Cabin, but they will fly anywhere over the High Peaks. Check out Mt. Marcy from the air; it's awesome!
Perhaps a more relaxing Kayak trip along the West Branch of the AuSable River is more your style like these folks are doing near the Wilmington Town Beach.
